Mubasher: Mena Real Estate announced the completion of the procedures required for reducing the capital to KWD 13.7 million.
The company is currently working on allocating 54.57 million shares to the shareholders of Rasmal Holding Co in return for 117.35 million shares in Rasmal, according to a statement on Monday.
Mena Real Estate’s equity in Rasmal will stand at 79%.
The company noted that the financial impact cannot be determined in the current time.
